NotesVerecundus 2 has a second die which appears on the Continent Haupt 1984, Taf 180, no.8; no stamps from this die have been found in Britain. He had a habit of putting finger impressions sometimes near to his stamps, sometimes on ends of spout. Haupt 1984.
