Sunken square concrete pillbox with attached open court - a variant on a type 23 where the open court is used to mount an anti-aircraft weapon. The concrete pillar for this purpose is missing. Three embrasures. Faces the Walney Channel (WSW). Interior access possible, but with difficulty.
