Type 22 brick pillbox with concrete roof. Some of the outer brickwork has come away to reveal a concrete filling in the cavity between layers.
The inner shelving has been removed.
Current use seems to be as a children's den.

Brick and concrete pillbox, sunk somewhat into ground. Entrance 4ft high, 2ft wide, 6ins concrete lintel. Height of walls 6ft. Roof 12ins thick. Each side approx. 7ft 6ins. Embrasures each side of entrance, 7ins wide x 15ins (approx.) high. Main embrasures 23ins wide overall, 16ins at centre. Height of embrasures, 15ins, depth, 16ins. Central brick support pillar, 18ins square (approx.). Concrete lintels over embrasures.
