Demolition chambers of mined bridge - 5 x patched over demolition charge chambers under the bridge arch. The right-hand four chambers have allowed water to percolate down the wall and appear larger than they were. The bridge was referenced as demolition no.14 and was also the site of roadblock N Rd 5. In the trees nearby is pillbox N56. [UORN 2966].
