Type 22 pillbox - half buried in shingle; stripped of red brick shuttering. This is a standard type 22 pillbox with thick walls - 1.280m. Each wall is 3.3m long. The pillbox faces N.

Pillbox on shingle beach, washed by the sea at high tide. Most of the brick shuttering facing the sea has gone, but some survives at the rear. Interior access, but half-filled with shingle.
